Digital Security

Presenter: Tony Chau, Systems Engineer, Palo Alto Networks

K-12 schools are vulnerable to cybersecurity threats and evidence suggests that hackers are increasingly looking at easier targets. Tony Chau will demonstrate “Black Hat” network penetration techniques that are used by a majority of hackers to extort money, steal personal data, or disrupt class schedules. Solutions for financing network perimeter and endpoint security will be provided. Tony is an engaging and dynamic speaker. You don’t want to miss his eye-opening demonstration of hacking techniques.

Printer Security

Presenter: Evan Arsenault

Many printers these days are as technologically sophisticated—and vulnerable—as personal computers; they can connect to wireless networks and store data on hard drives. And the more sophisticated printing technology gets, the more complicated their security vulnerabilities can become. Evan Arsenault has 7 years of experience in HP retail where has been recognized for excellence in sales and a year in print security where he has been Security+ certified and worked for IT and cloud computing companies including Google.
