Outstanding IT Customer Service

Presenter: Joshua Peach, Evangelist, SchoolDude

“Evangelist” is a lofty and all-encompassing title, one that Josh Peach has rightly earned through his years of dedicated and committed customer service at SchoolDude. He knows that relationship building is what matters most. Josh will share his experience and techniques in recognizing that we are all in customer service and on how to build a culture of outstanding customer service.

The morning session will focus on customer service issues specific to IT directors such as parent/student interaction with take home devices and providing technical support to district staff.

The afternoon session will focus on the customer service aspect of those working in the school business office and interacting with the school community.
