CASBO Mini-Institute & Annual Meeting
Thursday, May 28th via Zoom
2:30 pm — Get Inspired
We will be joined by renown speakers who will provide 20-30 minute sessions on leadership, motivation, and overcoming obstacles. CASBO’s friend, Josh Peach, will moderate this session and has arranged these outstanding speakers:
David Cooks—"Your Ability to endure is always greater than your Willingness to endure" At the age of 15, David experienced a Spinal Aneurysm, leaving him a T-6 paraplegic and a wheelchair user. His ability to overcome obstacles and to achieve success in the face of adversity is what makes his story inspiring and motivating to others.
Sam Glenn—”When we think better, we become better.” Sam will share his inspirational story of going from homelessness to successfulness, while overcoming his intense fear of speaking to become a professional speaker with over 30 books to his credit.
Eddie Slowikowski—”Why Eddie? Because He Goes the Extra Mile.” 3 minutes and 58 seconds. That is the amount of time it took Eddie Slowikowski to run the mile. Whether it’s as a Gold Medal winner for the USA Track & Field Team, a 3-time NCAA All-American, or the world’s most dynamic professional speaker, Eddie knows a thing or two about peak performance. Through years of training as an athlete and running his own speaking business, he knows what it takes to be elite.
