In addition, responsibilities include the coordination of transportation, custodial, food services and other support services.  Developed bids and implemented the bidding process from beginning to the end of the process.  Planned, implemented, and maintained a capital plan and capital projects budget. Implemented and managed a self-insurance program for health benefits. Served on building committees including a renovation of an historic theatre in New Haven in the spring of 2014 and a $47 million-dollar new middle school from approximately 2000-2006.  Served on the Regional School District No. 18, Lyme-Old Lyme, building committee as a community member volunteer.
