2026 Exhibit Space Application & Contract

I (we) hereby contract for the exhibit booth(s) as indicated below at CASBO’s Vendor Day on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Aqua Turf Club in the Plantsville section of Southington, Connecticut.  A confirmation email will be sent when application is processed.  Notification of booth assignment will be made by April 7, 2026, via email.  For completed paid applications received by December 31, 2025, an opportunity will be provided to select your booth, in the order in which the application was received.   Contract acceptance is subject to approval by the Vendor Day Committee.
